- Knowledge in SAP Ariba portal, managing project initial stages from procedures and requirements gathering phases through to closure, collaborating with team members to ensure successful outcome.
- Manage and maintain the company's various channels (registered companies) within Ariba Network, promoting effective collaboration and performance management.
- Continuously identify and engage with prospect companies for registration.
- Regularly update the department operations reports and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for vendor invoices and records / following up with the accounting department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
• Experience with SAP Ariba solutions "Preferable"
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multitasking
