We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Trainee in the Ecommerce department. Responsibilities:- Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and insights to support the Ecommerce team's objectives.- Assist in data entry and maintenance of data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for various Ecommerce projects and initiatives.- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and accurate product content, including descriptions, specifications, and images, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality presentation.- Support the Business Analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, customer behavior insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help inform strategic decision-making.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to Ecommerce, and provide recommendations for process enhancements and optimization.
