* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and familiarity with common software applications.
* Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Basic understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
* Experience with remote desktop support and remote troubleshooting tools.
* Familiarity with cloud-based services and collaboration tools (Office 365, G Suite, etc.).

* Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools for system performance and availability.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and colleagues.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

* Strong understanding of system development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
* Ability to create system design specifications and wireframes.
* Experience in system integration and data migration projects.
* Understanding of system testing and quality assurance processes.
