Position Overview:
System Support Specialist, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's software systems. Will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Perform regular system monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient and effective use of technology resources.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Support Specialist or similar role, demonstrating strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end users and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
