About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting innovative marketing strategies and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee registration.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of the marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics and Web Trends
  • Familiarity with Social media management tools 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player as well as having the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
  • Excellent copywriting skill
