As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive system specifications.

- Design and architect IT solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.

- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.

- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Conduct system testing and quality assurance reviews to ensure system functionality and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and project teams

.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful system implementations and deliver value to the organization.

- Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in system analysis and design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

- Proven experience as a System Analyst or related role, with at least 1-3 years in a senior or lead capacity.

- Strong analytical and problem

-solving skills with a deep understanding of system analysis and design principles.

- Proficiency in system modeling and design tools.

- Experience in leading and managing IT projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
