Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives and run operations of sales team. Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team and also helps in implementing new strategies to increase performance of existing facility.
- Training new hires
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Pricing inside the showroom and competitor pricing proposals.
- Supervise all sales and marketing activities in the showroom.
- Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom in order to issue timely management and statistical reports.
- Ensuring schedule for employees are followed and all working shifts are fulfilled. Creating and managing team schedules.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- Wears the proper uniform at all times.
- Able to work in shift schedule.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
