plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment. Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain receipt and records of daily of in/out goods
  • Response time and accuracy of response
  • Has good communication skills
  • Manage workers and monitor their progress, and be able to prioritize received requests
  • Be able to determine which goods need a special treatment and have the logic to decide whether to proceed with the request or not
  • Make sure that all goods are on hand based on the customer needs
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, and report it to Purchase Department for claims
  • Be aware of Warehouse consumptions needs, such as, office supplies and equipment repairs and follow up until the request is delivered
