  1. Track the attendance and leaves database of all staff and prepare closing monthly reports. 
  2. Create regular presentations and reports on HR Metrics such as turnover rates and more. 
  3. Ensure to approve and review all the income transactions ( such as overtime, any additions,etc) reports on time. 
  4. Participating in preparing the payroll. 
  5. Communicate with the employees if they have any queries. 
  6. Ensure Resignation letters are received by the employee who intends to leave. 
  7. Prepare the resigned employee final settlement and ensure it is done within the standard age timeline. 

Requirements:

  1. Fresh Graduate.
  2. Hold a Bachelor degree in HR.
