- Track the attendance and leaves database of all staff and prepare closing monthly reports.
- Create regular presentations and reports on HR Metrics such as turnover rates and more.
- Ensure to approve and review all the income transactions ( such as overtime, any additions,etc) reports on time.
- Participating in preparing the payroll.
- Communicate with the employees if they have any queries.
- Ensure Resignation letters are received by the employee who intends to leave.
- Prepare the resigned employee final settlement and ensure it is done within the standard age timeline.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in HR.
